Tonight the Planning Board heard from representatives of Bancroft including their COO to their wants ($15,000,000 market value) their need to find a new home and debated the assumptions of the latest redevelopment zone plans .
This Groundhog day saw the lifting of a shadow that has hung over the borough as we were introduced to a new firm to create a redevelopment plan for the Bancroft parcel. The Civic Association hopes to keep you informed every step of the way so you can come to an informed decision on this topic. Also take a look at the presentation they used last night. It, and all material are being published on a website devoted to the project, but since some of you cannot see PDF files we are presenting it as a web movie to page through.
