The planning board held a special meeting to discuss and dissect, page by page, the Bancroft Redevelopment Plan of August 30th. So, get the report, print it out and follow along the discussion. The video is being broken into sections so you can view just the pages you may find confusing.

Page 15 to the end Part 1 starts with normal meeting information including the granting of permission on historic renovation as well as lighting at Boxwood Hall. Part 1 finishes with the start of the discussion on Bancroft including an overview by Commissioner Ed Borden. Part 2 contains an alternative use plan by the environmental commission and open debate among the board members. PART 1 PART 2 PART 2 Due to technical difficulties the beginning of the Commissioners’ meeting was not taped, however there is still over an hour of comments regarding Bancroft’s redevelopment.
