This Groundhog day saw the lifting of a shadow that has hung over the borough as we were introduced to a new firm to create a redevelopment plan for the Bancroft parcel. The Civic Association hopes to keep you informed every step of the way so you can come to an informed decision on this topic. Also take a look at the presentation they used last night.
